Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges for clothing items within 30 days of your order, if they have not been worn/washed. The buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 5 days.

However, due to the nature of its use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the female urination device, GOthrough, or the accessories.

But, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect. And of course, we will refund you within 5 days or ship you a new item. Whatever you prefer.
