The extension provides easier access to the drain and is useful when wearing Thighfly pants or going on the ground under pants.

The vinyl tubing is more kink resistant than the silicone because it’s a little more rigid. But, it’s still flexible and soft on the skin.

The tube is 18” long but can be cut to desired length, or connected to another vinyl or silicone tube if a longer length is desired. Latex free.

The tubing comes with a plastic barb/connector that is pre-glued to the tubing. The connector is 2.25 inches long.

To use, insert the barb gently into the drain, so as not to tear the drain exit. If wearing with Undershorts, feed both the GOthrough drain and the tube through the crotch opening in the Undershorts. Then place both to the left side of your crotch seam if wearing shorts or pants.

Make sure it is not kinked or obstructed by the crotch in your clothing. The tube should fall next to your inner left thigh, calf and ankle.

Twist and pull gently to remove. Wash and rinse to reuse.

And the tubes tend to be in a curved position when you first remove them from the packaging. To straighten, they might need a few days tied to a yardstick or something similar, as shown in the photo.

Instructions

The tube comes with the barb intact, so just cut the tubing to desired length. Then insert the plastic barb into the drain exit of GOthrough (until it's about half way in) as shown in the photo.

Tip

Best to wear undershorts to protect your skin against irritation from the plastic barb.

How to Clean

After wearing, clean with soap, water and alcohol and rinse with water. Let air dry and reuse.
