Vinyl tubing is more kink resistant than silicone tubing, as it's not quite as flexible. But it's still supple and soft on the skin. And it tends to drains faster.
The tubing comes 18” long, and is pre-glued to the plastic barb connector (2.25 inches long) that attaches to our pee funnel GOthrough.
Extension tubes can be trimmed to desired length, so they provide easier access to the drain while wearing GOthrough under shorts, skirts and Thighfly pants.
You can also combine the tubes for a longer desired length if you want to wear them under pants to go on the ground, while hiking or camping.
To use the extension tubing, insert the barb gently into the GOthrough drain exit (after you've strapped the pee funnel into your underwear.)
If wearing our Undershorts, feed the tube through the crotch opening in the Undershorts.
Then position the drain and the tube to the left side of your crotch seam if wearing shorts or pants over top.
Make sure the tube is not kinked or obstructed by the crotch in your clothing. The tube should fall next to your inner left thigh, calf and ankle.
Twist and pull gently to remove. Wash and rinse to reuse.
Note: Our drain plug can be used to collect unexpected leaks while wearing the tube. Simply insert the plug into the end of the tube. And remove it when you’re ready to empty or use the tube.
Note: If you would prefer a more flexible tube, check out the Silicone option. And you can mix and match these tubes when combining.
Note: The tubes tend to be in a curved position when you first remove them from the packaging. To straighten, they might need a few days tied to a yardstick or something similar.
